Broken product pages
PAGE REACHABILITYFind product pages that stop loading or return an error before a customer can make a choice.
CheckoutWatch is being built to help shop owners spot broken product pages, stock that looks available when it isn’t, and trouble in the path to checkout—with a clear next step when something needs attention.
For independent online shops worldwide.
A record of checks, problems and next steps.
CheckoutWatch is designed to keep those checks together, so a shop owner can see what was checked and where to look next.
Find product pages that stop loading or return an error before a customer can make a choice.
Surface a mismatch when a page presents an item as available even though its stock information says otherwise.
Checkout testing depends on a supported journey and owner-authorised access; a page uptime check cannot stand in for it.
When a supported check finds an issue, the goal is to show the evidence beside a specific, practical recommendation—not leave you with a vague red warning.
A result should describe what the check actually observed and when it ran.
If a page or checkout journey can’t be checked, its status should say so—not imply everything is healthy.
A daily report is planned to bring completed checks, issues and unavailable results into one place.
Continuous scheduled checks, authorised checkout testing, alerts and daily reports are not live yet. Customer accounts are open, but monitoring will only describe a check as healthy when it has actually run and returned evidence.

Customer accounts are available, but CheckoutWatch monitoring is still in development. Recurring checks, checkout testing, alerts and daily reporting are not available yet.
Checkout testing needs a supported test journey and explicit shop-owner authorisation. That setup is not available yet.
